Property comparison report
Compare up to three addresses, side by side.
One report, one payment of $8.99. Daily Personal, Auto, Property and Neighborhood indices for each address, hourly patterns, and a clear label on what is measured versus estimated. It describes reported evidence near each place, not your personal safety.
How to read this
- Measured incidents come from public police incident records near the address, recency-weighted, scored separately for Personal, Auto, Property and Neighborhood activity.
- Area estimates are used where local incident records are unavailable. They come from Census demographic data and are not compared against measured category scores.
- Indices reflect reported activity. Under-reporting, data lags and boundary effects all apply. Ties are shown as ties; missing values are shown as missing, never as zero.
- This is not a guarantee of personal safety, a forecast, or advice to rent or buy. Visit the area and talk to neighbors too.
